Spring is upon us in the Napa Valley

Hello Adopt a Grape members, spring is upon us in the Napa Valley and we’re very excited for the 2008 growing year. Flowing is just around the corner and the growing season is almost in full bloom.

A New Season Begins

Bud break usually occurs around the first week of April on Spring Mountain. This year, Block 2 was the first to go through bud break. That is unusual since that block is Petite Verdot. Petite Verdot tends to start later than Cabernet Sauvignon.
