- If anyone knows when the grapes are fully mature my bet is on Heidi. She has made some of Californias greatest wine.

- Excellent video! I don't know if I've ever heard the logic of the picking decision expressed so eloquently and concisely. Only thing I'd add is that sometimes the human issues of scheduling affect the picking decision: you have to be able to have a picking crew available and the winery needs to have a slot open to crush the grapes.
